LIBRARY LAKE REFLOODING

On Thursday, April 17, 2025 at around 11 AM the refilling of Library Lake will commence. Grove St. will be closed from 5 th Ave. to 4th Ave. to all but residential traffic from 7AM Thursday until Friday afternoon. A loud horn sound (2 - three second blasts} will mark the beginning of the refilling. Library Lake should be back to the current Beaver Dam Lake level by Friday. Come downtown to witness and celebrate the refilling event culminating 15 years of the restoration of Library Lake! When looking for a viewing location, please avoid the immediate area around the Grove St. bridge. The BDLMD thanks all those that have supported this historic endeavor. See you on Thursday!
